1. Information we collect
- Account information — email, name, photographer or consumer role.
- Usage — gallery views, downloads, cart activity.
- Payment data — handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
- Photos — uploaded by photographers; visible to authorized consumers.
- Acceptance records — your timestamp of accepting these terms.
2. How we use it
- To deliver the photography platform you signed up for.
- To process payments and deliver downloads.
- To send transactional email (order receipts, magic links, password
resets). We do not sell your data.
3. Sharing
- Your photographer — sees their consumers' purchases for their
galleries.
- Stripe — processes payments per their privacy policy.
- Microsoft 365 — delivers transactional email.
- No advertising networks. No data brokers. No analytics resold.
4. Retention
- Photos: retained per the photographer's storage policy.
- Account data: retained while your account is active.
- Acceptance records: retained as long as the account exists, plus
legal-defense windows.
5. Your rights
- Access, correct, or delete your account data — contact
privacy@momentpix.com.
- California users: see CCPA addendum (when shipped).
- EU users: see GDPR addendum (when shipped).
6. Security
We use industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We do
not guarantee against all possible attacks; no system is perfectly
secure.
7. Children
MomentPix is not directed at children under 13. School-photography
events are coordinated through the photographing organization;
parental consent is the responsibility of the photographer and
school.
8. Modifications
We will present material changes to you for re-acceptance on your
next sign-in.
