By creating an account or accessing MomentPix, you agree to these Terms of Service.
MomentPix is a photography platform that enables photographers to share, sell, and deliver photos to consumers. Photos are sold by independent photographers; MomentPix provides the platform.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
When you purchase a photo, you receive a non-transferable, personal-use license to the photo as described at the time of purchase. The photographer retains copyright. Resale, sublicensing, and mass-distribution are not permitted without separate written agreement with the photographer.
Digital deliveries are generally non-refundable once delivered. The photographer's refund policy at the time of purchase applies; if none is published, contact the photographer directly.
You agree not to attempt to bypass access controls, scrape galleries in bulk, redistribute purchased downloads, or use the platform for illegal purposes.
MomentPix may update these terms. Material changes will be presented to you for re-acceptance on your next sign-in.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOMENTPIX IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
