By creating a photographer account, you agree to these Terms of Service in addition to the consumer Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
MomentPix provides software-as-a-service for photographers to upload, manage, sell, and deliver photographs to consumers. You bring your own payment processor (currently Stripe); consumer money flows direct to your account.
You retain copyright in all photos you upload. You grant MomentPix a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, render, and deliver your photos as part of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your work.
MomentPix charges a platform fee per the published pricing. Fees are billed monthly and may include per-photographer subscription tiers.
You represent that you have the right to upload, sell, and license the photos you publish. You are responsible for obtaining model releases where applicable.
You agree to indemnify MomentPix against claims arising from your content, your business practices, your interactions with consumers, and your tax obligations.
Either party may terminate this agreement on notice. Upon termination, you retain access to download your originals for a reasonable period; thereafter MomentPix may delete content per its retention policy.
MomentPix may update these terms. Material changes will be presented to you for re-acceptance on your next sign-in to the studio.
